#BingeABook: More Than a Challenge. A Campaign

What if #BingeABook isn't a challenge at all? What if it's a campaign? In this episode, I share why I believe it's time to reclaim our attention and rediscover the joy, and necessity, of reading for pleasure. We talk about the difference between simply recognizing words and true literacy, why deep reading matters in a world competing for our attention, and how books strengthen our ability to think critically, empathize, discern, and grow. I'll also share why this campaign is deeply personal to me, from my lifelong love of reading to watching my daughter overcome dyslexia and my father persevere through reading challenges. Brown Sugar Beach: Must Be the Music

After months away from the microphone again, this time because my pen was busy and my jaw was tight, literally. But, I'm back. People have asked me where Brown Sugar Beach came from. Most assume it was the beach, therapy, or even a dream. But the truth is... there would be no Brown Sugar Beach without music. In this deeply personal episode, I share how love songs, faith, storytelling, Atlantic Beach, childhood memories, years of journaling, therapy, and finally finding my grown woman's voice all came together to birth my first novel. This isn't just the story behind a book. It's the story of giving yourself permission to create without asking for permission, of healing through imagination, and of discovering that sometimes the dreams we've carried since childhood are simply waiting for us to become the person courageous enough to bring them to life. Do It Afraid

What if doing it afraid isn’t about pushing harder—but honoring where you are? What does it really mean to do it afraid? In this episode, I’m sharing a quieter, more honest version of what that looks like in this season of my life. Not pressure. Not performance. The Season I Went Quiet

After months of silence, TracyMac returns, not with explanation, but with revelation.
