Ep2 - Three is a crowd, lets add a fourth - Aadil Mehta

BLACK & YELLOW - a ting podcast, the second episode with the fourth founder Aadil Mehta. In episode 1 we ended it by saying that Aadil was Ting’s client and they poached him and made him a partner, that would have taken some convincing. In agency life you usually poach clients from other agencies for business. But here… it’s something else. Running an agency is no easy feat, as Manan Vora mentioned in the earlier episode, bringing in business was by far the toughest thing to do, especially when you are just out of college. So what happened when Aadil Mehta walked in? What experience did he bring in? Now for people who don’t know, Aadil spent 10 years in the jewellery industry before packing up and moving to an agency that too a start-up. Anyway I don’t want to keep throwing these twists, this is not an Abbas-Mastan film. Let’s jump straight in.
