Sara brings a contagious energy to everything she does, and her approach proves that you do not have to be born “built for it” to grow into a stronger, more capable version of yourself. David first met Sara in 2019 when he hired her as a fitness intern at Hilton Head Health. They have stayed friends and colleagues ever since, making this conversation both personal and inspiring.
