The show mostly features Soca music. HISTORYRenaldo Creative didn’t just join the wave; he helped build it. Back in 2012, he was known for spinning nothing but Soca, Dancehall, and Reggae. When Soca music was more underground in the U.S., Renaldo was already pushing it out through Dream Angel Radio on Blog Talk Radio. He was inspired by legends like Massive B, Stone Love, DJ Playhouse, Selecta Bam Bam, and Dexterity. By 2020, Renaldo was back mixing Hip-Hop, blending it with Soca, R&B, and EDM to create “The Party Connect (now Grind Hard Mix Show).” In 2021, he returned to Mixcloud with weekly mixes featuring interviews. In 2001, Renaldo Creative started creating soca mix shows for his listeners on Mixcloud and the Clubhouse app. He became the first DJ to play soca on Clubhouse, building a small but loyal fan base who vibed with his style. SYNDICATIONAfter a few internet stations denied his Hip-Hop mix. He decided to reach out to Turn It Up Radio and offer them a Caribbean Mix for Labor Day. He sent one of his mixes he did for Mixcloud to 94.1 Turn It Up Radio on Fleet DJ Radio. They loved it and offered him a regular Saturday slot. From there, things took off. His show landed on Inspir3 Radio, Fleet DJ Flagship Station "Caribbean Vibes Radio", Hit 1 UK, Litty Radio, CT Jamz, IGR Miami, and more.
