Here at Champions Center, our greatest desire is to maximize and steward well the life Jesus has given to us and to disciple others to do the same. This is a church where everyone has the opportunity to develop into a champion if they so desire. Like you, at the end of our lives, we want to hear Jesus say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." We won't do all of this perfectly, but we will faithfully.

Episode 98 - Brandon Cox: The 5 Regrets of the Dying

Do you want to live a life with no regrets? Many people carry regrets—especially about what they didn’t do. Here are the top five regrets shared in The Top Five Regrets of the Dying: 1. I wish I’d lived true to myself. Don’t live just to meet others’ expectations. Be authentic and focus on what truly matters—pleasing God, not people. 2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard. Work is important, but don’t let it overshadow family and relationships. Use your time wisely—it’s your most valuable resource. 3. I wish I’d expressed my feelings. Bottling up emotions doesn’t help. Speak up and process your feelings to grow and heal. 4. I wish I’d stayed in touch with friends. Friendships bring joy and meaning to life. Make time to connect and nurture those relationships. 5. I wish I’d let myself be happier. Happiness is a choice. Don’t wait for circumstances to change—find joy in every moment. Live with intention so you won’t look back with regret. We hope this message blesses your life!Stay Connected Website: MyChampionsCenter.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...Instagram: http://ele.vc/kLuTvj#championscenterchurch #championscenter #champion #discipleship #health #wisdom #generosity #relentless #god #love #hope #people #jesus #grace #mercy #bible #christian #religion #motivation #upperroom #upperroomprayers

Episode 97 - Brandon Cox: Regret #2: This Changed How I See Success

In this message, we dive into the second regret from The 5 Regrets of the Dying. Pastor Brandon reflects on how God wants us to maximize what we've been given. But this is a test as a steward. Can He trust you with more? Or will He take what little you've produced and give it to someone else? Remember, you're not here to build your kingdom, you're here to build His. 1. Your family is your first ministry, not where you work. 2. Remember, you are a steward, not an owner. 3. Focus on building God's kingdom, not yours. We hope this message blesses your life! Episode 95 - Brandon Cox: The Promises You Make to Yourself

What if you kept the promises you made to yourself? The series we’re in is called “Promises Made, Promises Kept.” We’ve been talking about all the promises God has made to us—promises we can trust Him to fulfill. Today, we’re shifting the focus to the promises you make to yourself. As we step into 2025, a new year brings a fresh start—a new beginning. Many of us will set goals for the year ahead. However, some of you might choose not to. Why? Perhaps because you didn’t live up to the goals you set before. But what if this year was different? What if you kept the promises you made to yourself? The Promises You Make To Yourself: 1. Confidence is earned when you keep the promises you make to yourself. 2. Associate yourself with people who practice your desired behavior. 3. A date on the calendar doesn't work magic; start today. You have far more power than you give yourself credit for. Too often, we think too small because we’ve been conditioned to stay within the confines of a box. Here’s a secret: there is no box. There’s so much more to you than you realize. Let 2025 be the year you start becoming the person you’ve always dreamed you could be. It won’t all happen in one year, but the journey of a lifetime can begin. Flip the script and step into who God created you to be.

Episode 94 - Brandon Cox: Jesus: Prophecies Fulfilled

The Bible gives us a lot of promises to Christians that we can believe God for. Scholars estimate that the Bible contains over 7,000 promises made by God to humanity. Today, we want to talk about the prophecies that Jesus fulfilled Himself. This week we are celebrating Christmas and that God chose to send His one and only son Jesus to save humanity. We have a lot to celebrate. There are over 300 prophecies in the Old Testament that were fulfilled by Jesus. Today, we want to cover 7 of them. 7 Prophecies Fulfilled 1. Birth in Bethlehem 2. Virgin Birth 3. Lineage of David 4. Triumphal Entry 5. Betrayal for 30 Pieces of Silver 6. Crucifixion Details 7. Resurrection The probability of one person fulfilling all these prophecies by chance is considered astronomically low. Peter Stoner, a mathematician, attempted to calculate this in Science Speaks (1958). He focused on just 8 specific prophecies and estimated the chances of one person fulfilling them by chance to be 1 in 10¹⁷ (1 followed by 17 zeros). For context, that’s like covering the entire state of Texas with silver dollars two feet deep, marking one coin, and having someone pick it at random. When adding more prophecies (e.g., 48), the odds increase to 1 in 10¹⁵⁷, a number so vast it is essentially impossible. These figures highlight the belief among Christians that the fulfillment of these prophecies is evidence of divine intervention rather than coincidence. Jesus made the impossible, possible.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
