Becoming the Thought-Leader You're Meant to Be | #483
What’s really stopping you from becoming the thought-leader you’re meant to be? In this episode of Daily Path Podcast, I break down the real reason so many capable, successful entrepreneurs hesitate to step into thought-leadership — and how to fix it. If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking: * “I want to be a business coach… but who would actuallypay me?” * “I want to share my story… but who would listen?” * “I want to write a book… but what if no one buys it?” You’re not alone — and you’re notunqualified. I explain why doubt isn’t a skill issue, confidence issue, or experience issue. It’s an identity issue. Drawing from personal reflection, conversations with 6–8 figure entrepreneurs, and a powerful devotional insighton “embracing the new you,” this episode explores why so many people stay stuck seeing themselves as who they used to be — even after life and success have clearly moved them forward. In this episode, you’ll learn: * Why successful people stillstruggle to own their voice * The hidden cost of staying silentafter you’ve already succeeded * How to audit your circle so itsupports who you’re becoming — not who you were * A simple reflection exercise toreconnect with the growth you’ve earned * Why thought-leadership starts withpermission — and how to give it to yourself * How to practice the identity ofthe thought-leader you’re becoming (not just talk about it) The truth is simple: You already have the experience. Youalready have the results. The only thing left is embracing who you are now. If you’re ready to stop doubting your voice and start leading with it, this episode is for you. ------------- Ready to step into thought leadership and build a podcast that attracts high-ticket clients? Year In Review 2025: Prepare to Dominate 2026 | #481
This episode isn’t about celebrating a “good year” or wrapping things up with motivation and platitudes. It’s about truth, clarity, and preparation. In this episode of Daily Path Podcast, I walk you through the exact Year In Review framework I use to assess my life, recalibrate my focus, and position myself to dominate the year ahead — a practice I learned from John Maxwell that has had a profound impact on my faith, family, fitness, and finances. If you’re serious about growth in 2026, this episode is not optional. Inside This Episode I start by asking the questions most people avoid: * When you look at 2025, did you actually achieve what you set out to achieve? * Did you experience the peace of mind you wanted — or did you normalize stress and excuses? * Did you hit your revenue goals, or did you quietly lower the standard? * Were you as present with your family as you intended to be? * Or did time simply get away from you? Action Steps for the Next 10 Days If you want to apply this immediately, here’s what to do: 1. Take out your calendar and a legal pad or blank sheet of paper 2. Write down all your goals for 2025 3. Document the progress you actually made 4. Identify what you did right 5. Identify what you got wrong 6. Define the 4–5 actions that will move the needle in 2026 7. Remove the top 3 offenders holding you back 8. Set clear, measurable goals for the year ahead Clarity precedes dominance. Final Thought 2026 doesn’t get better by accident. It gets better when you slow down long enough to tell the truth about where you are — and then move forward with intention, alignment, and discipline. If this episode helped you think differently, share it with someone who’s ready to raise their standard. ------- Work With Me: Launch a 6-figure podcast that converts high-ticket clients to your business by sending me an email info@joewintersjr.com Join Daily Path Insider for free at joewintersjr.com/podcast [https://www.joewintersjr.com/podcast]
