Are We Loving Each Other Well?

Are we loving people well, or are we loving people conditionally? In this episode of Dem Church Kids, we’re having an honest conversation about love, grace, judgment, acceptance, and what it actually means to reflect Jesus. We discuss how people receive love differently, how God meets people exactly where they are, and why it’s dangerous to expect everyone’s walk to look the same. Just because somebody doesn’t look like you, act like you, or grow at the same pace as you doesn’t mean God isn’t working on them. Trusting In God's Promises

In this episode of Dem Church Kids, we’re having an honest conversation about God’s timing, waiting well, and learning how to trust what He is doing, even when we don’t fully understand it. Sometimes God will reveal something to us, give us vision, or show us a glimpse of what’s ahead… but that doesn’t always mean it’s time to move. We talk about the tension of wanting to build, wanting to leave a legacy, wanting to see things happen now, while God is calling us to be content, focus on heavenly things, and trust Him in the season we’re actually in. This episode is a reminder that everything happens in God’s timing and in due season. We don’t have to rush what He’s growing, force what He hasn’t released, or measure our lives by what the world says we should be building. Maybe the waiting isn’t wasted. Maybe obedience right here is the point.

From relationships to ministry to success to self-made coping habits, we unpack why God calls these things idols and why He keeps inviting us back to the only Fountain that actually gives life. This is a real conversation about recognizing the leaks in our hearts, turning from what’s empty, and returning to the One who never runs dry.
