"Lo Tiempa" OR "I shake it" in English was one of my earliest attempts at creating original beats with Apple's Garageband beat sequencer. I stopped work on the song when I reached a block in September of 2018 while living on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. Living adjacent to such historic grounds, in the Walk of Fame, was deeply inspiring. I created some of my absolute best beats during those 6 months and LO TIEMPA is the chief among them. It is slow, steady and funky. It is relentless.

In 2017 I was commissioned to compose an official campaign theme song for Timothy Williams, the first black candidate for West Hollywood City Council. This was a joy because the Elect Timothy Williams to West Hollywood City Council 2020 Campaign, knew exactly what they wanted listeners to experience.
