Dylan’s Public Journal is a podcast for anyone who wants to learn more about mental health and for those who want to improve their own. On a weekly basis, I highlight the most important news and resources within the mental health community to ensure YOUR growth as a human. This podcast was birthed to share my own experiences overcoming post traumatic stress disorder through the years. I also plan to cover topics like combating toxic masculinity and reimagining the American Dream. Dylan’s Public Journal was made with love, and I hope you enjoy it.

Why does the right dominate new media?

Have you been wondering, “How did we get to where we arenow, as a society?” Is it the internet, social media, or these glowing rectangles in our hands? Media Matters for America, a web-based nonprofit, progressive research and information center, monitors analyzes and corrects misinformation in the United States media. On March 14, they published an article on the online media ecosystem, which showed the alarming dominance of right-wing opinions. The analysis found 9 out of the 10 top online shows assessed are right-leaning. Today on Dylan’s Public Journal: Polarization – how did we get here, and where do we go from here? Want more? Cracks in the Wall: PTSD and Me

Welcome to another episode of Dylan’s Public Journal - a heartfelt space where I share personal stories, explore life’s ups and downs, and offer honest reflections on the journey toward healing and self-discovery. You’ll get to know a bit about my background, what motivates me to speak so candidly, and why I believe transparency can foster genuine connections among us all. In this episode, I discuss my definition of PTSD, common ways to cope, and one key way I challenged my perceptions about the world. Join me as I share the lessons I’ve learned (and continue to learn) in real time. My goal with Dylan’s Public Journal is to remind us all that healing is possible, personal growth is achievable, and that our stories, when told freely, can help each other feel less alone. Thank you for tuning in to this episode, and I look forward to traveling this winding road of self-improvement alongside you.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
