Your Body Is Talking - Are You Listening?!

The Reset Starts Small: Faith, Health & Daily Discipline Episode Summary: In today’s on-the-road episode, Sara shares a heartfelt message about what it truly means to reset your life—starting with your body. She unpacks how small, consistent habits like drinking more water, moving your body, and practicing intermittent fasting can lead to powerful, long-term transformation. This episode weaves together faith, physical health, and mental clarity, reminding us that our bodies are not meant to be neglected—but stewarded with intention. When we begin to listen to our bodies and honor them, we create space for healing, energy, and alignment with God’s purpose. If you’ve been feeling tired, stuck, inflamed, or disconnected… this is your invitation to begin again—one small step at a time. In This Episode, You’ll Learn: * Why small daily habits create lasting transformation * The benefits of hydration, movement, and fasting * How physical health impacts mental clarity and emotional well-being * The connection between caring for your body and your faith * How simple changes can help regulate blood pressure, insulin, and inflammation * Why prevention is more powerful (and less costly) than treatment Scripture Reflection: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your bodies.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Key Takeaway: Your reset doesn’t require perfection—just intention. Small, consistent changes today will create a stronger, healthier, more aligned you tomorrow. episode The Pathway to Healing: Listening to God and Caring for the Body He Gave Us cover

The Pathway to Healing: Listening to God and Caring for the Body He Gave Us

Over the past six months, God has been guiding me through a season of reflection, healing, and realignment. In this episode, I share the story behind the rebrand of my wellness studio to Sarani Wellness and the deeper meaning behind the name. The word Sarani means “pathway,” and that is exactly what wellness is — not a quick fix, but a pathway toward healing, balance, and honoring the body God has entrusted to us. During a quiet moment riding my bike along the beach, the name Sarani came to me, and it perfectly captured the vision of creating a space where people can restore their health through non-invasive wellness, nervous system support, and metabolic health. In today’s fast-paced world, our bodies are enduring tremendous stress. Many people are living in a constant state of fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance — often fueled by too much caffeine, sugar, and daily stress. In this episode, we talk about: * Why our bodies are under more stress than ever * The importance of a nervous system reset * Why hydration and nutrition matter more than we realize * Why many women struggle with weight after 40 * How supporting metabolism and reducing inflammation can restore balance * The mission behind Sarani Wellness and creating a pathway to healing I also introduce the Thinnr weight loss program, a natural homeopathic program designed to support metabolism, reduce inflammation, and help the body burn fat while maintaining lean muscle. Most importantly, this episode is a reminder that caring for our bodies is not about vanity — it is about stewardship of the temple God has given us. ⸻ Key Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” Topics Covered * The story behind the Sarani Wellness rebrand * Finding clarity through prayer and reflection * Why healing is a pathway, not a quick fix * How stress impacts the nervous system and metabolism * The connection between inflammation, fatigue, and weight gain * Why hydration and nourishment are foundational to health * Supporting metabolism naturally with the Thinnr program About Sarani Wellness Sarani Wellness is dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and confidence through non-invasive wellness and aesthetic treatments that support the body’s natural healing process. Services include: * Neuromuscular stimulation (NMS) facial treatments * Cryo facial and body sculpting treatments * Red light therapy * Body composition analysis * Natural weight loss programs Our mission is simple: Help people find their pathway to healing and wellness. Bridging the Gap Between Generations and Suppressed Emotions

In this episode of The E3 Podcast, host Sara Singh welcomes a special guest — Randy Chmielewski, an Internet Marketing Professional and the creative mind behind much of E3’s digital presence. More than that, Randy is a man of deep integrity and faith whose heart for the Lord shines through in everything he does. Together, Sara and Randy have an open, heartfelt conversation about bridging generational gaps and bringing suppressed emotions to light — exploring how God is calling us to heal, reconnect, and communicate with compassion and truth across every generation. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, emotionally distant from loved ones, or unsure how to relate to younger or older generations, this episode will remind you that God can heal what time and silence have divided. 💡 What You’ll Learn: * Why so many people struggle to express emotion across generational lines * How technology and culture have impacted genuine communication and connection * The role of fear, pride, and unhealed pain in emotional suppression * How to start meaningful, healing conversations with family and peers * What it means to see one another through God’s lens, not our own * Practical steps to bridge divides, listen with empathy, and build unity in Christ 🕊️ Key Scriptures: * Ephesians 4:2–3 — “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” * James 1:19 — “Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” * Colossians 3:13–14 — “Bear with each other and forgive one another... And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.” * Psalm 34:18 — “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” 🧠 Reflection Questions: * What emotions have I been holding back that God is asking me to release? * How can I be more intentional about listening and understanding those from different generations? * What fears or assumptions keep me from expressing love or vulnerability? * How is God inviting me to be a bridge, not a barrier, in my relationships? 🙏 Prayer from the Episode: “Lord, teach me to see others as You see them — beyond age, culture, or misunderstanding. Heal my heart from unspoken hurts and help me speak with grace and truth. Restore broken connections in my family and friendships. Let Your Spirit bridge the gaps that only You can fill. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” Visit e3coach.us [https://e3coach.us ]for more information on E3 Coaching and Sara Singh.
