The small business inspiration special! As the dust settles after the frenzy of Black Friday, we invited Liz to discuss the realities of overconsumption in the fast fashion world.  She is at the forefront in the war against throwaway fashion by advocating investing in second-hand vintage garments rather than lining the pockets of the money-driven CEOs of the fast fashion giants as well as polluting the planet with cheap clothing that will still be around long after us.

Say No to No Sayers

Terry's mantra to "being vegan in between meals" changed to "let's be vegan today" just over a year ago, which is an impressive feat for a lifelong omnivore. We discuss his challenges, fears and confidence issues that held him back from making this change and the relief and gratitude he felt when he overcame them and accepted his plant-based diet. We touch on the myths and theories surrounding veganism as well as the tips and tricks to try and cut out meat and dairy if you just want to try more plant-based meals. We learn that being vegan is not as daunting as people may think as long as we try and be open-minded and accepting of others then they world could be a much better place!
