We’re getting into: * Why your mood and mental health can feel tied to training * The guilt and restlessness that hits when you're forced to rest * How exercise quietly becomes your proof you're "on track" (and what happens when that's gone) * The link between exercise and food control * Signs your relationship with exercise has got a little… codependent * And how to rebuild an identity that actually supports you (not traps you) * Practical steps to avoid an identity crisis the moment you have to pause your training routine  Because injuries, illness, life being life?
