Episode 7: Manifesting My Dreams and Letting Them Go

Dreams aren’t always what you think they are. That’s something that I’ve noticed a lot throughout my manifestation journey. I would try so hard to cultivate an experience and fall short if it simply wasn’t meant for me, it usually means I had an even greater experience just around the corner that would provide me with a lot more! This episode is a little bittersweet for me since in real time, you’re seeing me realize my dreams aren’t exactly what I thought they would be. Letting a dream die can be painful, but it’ll make room for more amazing opportunities to occur. You’re deserving of so much more than you know, open yourself up to it.

Episode 5: Sexual Self-Care

Trigger warning: impacts of sexual trauma. Starting off the episode with being candid on my current feelings and new experiences.
