2 day rest...ok, family commitments. 1 day every 3-4 days...optimum. But dont skip Monday or Friday cause a 3 day rest is no longer rest, its letting go.

Sometimes its worth it to stand back and listen to nature. Take a break, breath, meditate, do something different. You might learn a ton about yourself from not doing anything.
