In her own words, Eliya's life was ruled by fears until such a fated time when life as she knew it was burned to the ground; Eliya picked up the pieces, prioritized her healing, and rose like a phoenix to take charge of her destiny and new identity where she believes she can do everything herself. The pandemic upturned the previous narratives and exposed Kyle to meditation and personal development in ways he was never exposed to before. A few years down the road, Kyle was led to take on the commitment of embarking on a 10 full day silent meditation retreat in the snowy mountains of Northern California.
