What's in Your School Counseling Portfolio?

One thing that always garners a lot of consternation, a lot of debate and a lot of really strong opinions is- the interview portfolio. Go into any social media group and ask about school counseling portfolios and interviews, and the conversation goes wild! Everybody has an opinion on whether or not you need a portfolio, if you don't, they've "never been asked for one," "I have been asked for one," "I put this in it...", "I put that in it..." and the conversation explodes into this huge amalgamation of confusion. In this episode, I'll reveal what I recommend for your portfolio approach, and no surprise- it's going to be at odds with a lot of the popular "advice" that you hear elsewhere.  But unlike others who pontificate and run, I have a rationale and proof that this approach works.
