The Reset

When all you’ve known is chaos, you don’t know what to do when it gets silent. A lot of people don’t know how to be alone and that’s okay. It’s never too late to learn. Depression won’t win

Depression is easy to get into and hard to get out of. If you can beat depression, you can beat anything. Trauma and toxicity can push us into depression but it’s up to you to beat it. You are the prize. Find yourself, love yourself, find your purpose but most importantly GET UP. I feel you, understand you and support you. Cause Girl, Me Too Sierra M. ❤️

Handling Motherhood Alone

Th is is for my women who carry the physical, financial and mental load alone with little or no support system. To the mom who sometimes feels like a bad mom, a failure or that you could be doing more. You are surviving in an economy that is not meant for single mothers. You are doing your best with what you have. To the mom who has an inconsistent co parent who lacks accountability. Everything falls on you alone. I see you because I am you.
