Ryan Lavarnway is a 10-year former MLB player and a World Series champion that didn't have the easiest MLB career, but one that helped him grow as a person. During his career, Ryan was called up to the MLB 26 times and he learned a lot from each of those experiences, which he shares in this conversation.
