I'm not going to lie to you and tell you I'm back but here just to be honest and let you know I'm still here and doing my best to piece my life back together. For you to understand where I've been and what my struggles look like to me. I thought it would be beneficial for you all to learn and understand just a touch of who I am. I think it helps in a shape the challenges life has thrown and continue to throw my way. Thank you all so much for your continued patience with me and listening to me. Be alone, that is the secret of invention. Be alone, that is when ideas are born." - Nikola Tesla  Isolation in a way is very similar to a hotel and also very essential for self reflection. From the time you check in, the journey of a temporary stay starts. Again, this stay is always meant to be temporary and never permanent. Once you understand and are able to harness the true power of isolation and self reflection, you begin to understand your own goals and core values. Please remember do not linger here for too long, for the effects can be very detrimental to your health physically and mentally. The benefits come tenfold with focusing on your core values, good sleep, better decision making and even better relationships. On the opposite side if you stay for too long depression, self doubt and self loathing are soon to follow. Never wait until you're ready to check out to leave this hotel. Feel that fear and do it anyway. Check out of that hotel and get after your goals and what you want out of life.

Discipline is the bridge between your success and your failures. We all need a bit more discipline in life when it comes to achieving greatness. For today a few of the quotes used are as follows;  "An undisciplined life is a chaotic life." - Socrates  "In order to do something you've never done, you have to be somebody you've never been."  In today's episode we are going to talk about discipline. We are also going to breakdown the difference between discipline and motivation. How motivation fades and why it does but also the power behind having discipline. Also I'm going to share a story with you about how I lost my way and found the path back through discipline. Remember we are all human and sometimes we make mistakes, which is completely okay! The main take away is don't beat yourself up when these happen, pick yourself back up and continue on your journey. Another highlight to take away from today's episode is that it takes 66 days to make a new habit stick. That means on this journey of 66 days it's going to be tough and its going to get challenging. Remember when you fail, because it's going to happen, learn from it, adapt because of it and continue the journey forward.
