In this episode. I start with a jam packed week review which included seeing the new Steph Curry produced movie GOAT, going to the Wizards vs Hornets game for my Dad's birthday and more. I share my thoughts on Baby Keem's new album Casino and the collab album of Larry June, Curren$y, and the Alchemist called Spiral Staircases. I then share an development in thought after I learn about a condition called maladaptive daydreaming and share a mindset I have been trying to carry on with as of late.  Following that, I give my thoughts on the latest in the NBA this season and sharing my favorite teams I like to watch on League Pass. Episode 11 | Don Toliver Album Review, Super Bowl Prediction, Grammy Recap

Happy Black History Month! In this episode, I give a week recap that includes checking out a new movie called 'Send Help' and share a story of the theater experience and the listening session to Don Toliver's new album , Octane. I share my thoughts on the album, how it fares in comparison to the rest of his discography and how I felt about the mixed reviews I seen on social media. After that, I share an experience in which I rewatched my story archives on Instagram and talk about the importance of capturing moments in your seasons of life and reflect on what I learned from looking back at those memories. We are a couple days away from the Super Bowl and I share the interesting stories going into the big game and make my prediction on who I think will come out victorious.
