In this episode, I explore sovereignty as embodied discernment — the kind that listens to the body, respects boundaries, locks the door, makes the appointment, rests when needed, and stays connected to self while life moves. True sovereignty has shoes. It walks with you through daily life.

Healing for Sensitives doesn't Require a Bigger Gun

For many sensitive people, people-pleasing did not begin as weakness. It began as survival. In this episode, Shamarie explores the difference between boundaries, protection, power-over, and embodied sovereignty. She speaks to the sensitive person who has spent a lifetime trying to build a stronger shield, manage other people’s energy, and carry responsibility for fields that were never theirs to hold. This conversation looks at the often-unspoken “white elephant in the room”: sensitive people are regularly taught how to survive invasive or overwhelming fields, while the person creating the impact is rarely asked to become more responsible for what they bring into the space.
