Episode 161: Kimbo chats with LoCa (Witch, Burlesque Performer, Choreographer, and Instructor) They talk about them both being part of the Siren Collective and LoCa shares how she started her burlesque career as well as how she navigated being in survival mode from her childhood living in Italy to now working in Higher Education. She discusses how her career as a professional ice skater helped guide her into doing burlesque. She also shares how she is a witch and how she incorporates that in her art. She started the "Windy City Witches" to create a safe space for her burlesque students to perform their art on stage.
