episode Ep 15: Chris Keefe cover

Ep 15: Chris Keefe

Talking to Chris about slipping into heavy alcoholism without really realising it.  The health consequences 7 months on, of large quantities of alcohol every single day, in his case 9L of pure lemon juice and vodka. We talk about him having a fair few goes at getting sober without real help but only being able to last a couple weeks at most before everything fell apart again. The day-to-day life in rehab, the classes, the tools, the people, and how some of them refused to take it seriously and were still drinking and using drugs whilst in rehab making it extremely difficult for others. We also share comparisons in the rehab's we both attended, the rules, the do's and don'ts and I share some of my journal entries from my time in there. We talk about our experience with A.A and how as an alcoholic you think you can hide it, but once you're sober you realise just how ridiculous that idea is. As Chris mentions he feels in a place to help others and has said if anyone would like to reach out for advice from his experiences, he'd be more than happy to talk to anyone who may be thinking about rehab.

Ep 14 jacko.takes.photos

Talking to Jacko.Takes.Photos about his Journey so far, from living in Canada, to having several go's at "content creation" before a relationship set him on a path to where he is today. Jacko definitely possesses wisdom well beyond his years, fast tracked no doubt from working in pubs both here and abroad. We talk about finding the balance of creating the things you want to create, while trying to please the algorithm of Instagram. The legalities and difficulties of trying to respect other people's boundaries while trying to capture pure, unscripted pictures. Not getting so fixated on an idea that you miss natural moments. My pre-sober content online, and how for the most part I avoid watching it now. The story behind the most recognized video I ever did and how it came about, Timber. Jacko is a very humble, easy to talk to guy and I think this will be one of the interviews that I reference in years to come and say, "I had him on my podcast just as his career properly kicked right off". If you haven't already jump on insta and check him out after you listen to this interview. Instagram: jacko.takes.photos

episode Ep 11: Otis Cordwell cover

Ep 11: Otis Cordwell

In this absolutely massive 3 hour episode I'm talking with Otis Cordwell about so so SO much.  A Recent trip I did with a mate Hog deer hunting on snake Isalnd in Victoria. Shooting deer in Tasmania and some of the emotional stories we have behind them. A hunting trip Otis took to the USA hunting bear. How having a following made my journey with soberity both extremely difficult and also very very easy, and what made Otis realise that it was tike for him to spell off the booze. Car racing. And..... Christianity.  Otis reveals he is a born again Christian and some of the events leading up to him finding God. Which then leads to myself telling the story I've not yet shared of myself finding God in rehab and the massive signs and events that lead me to believe. This episode covers so much and if there is an episode your thinking of listening to wondering if the podcast is for you. Its this one. *towards the end for a small 15 minute window the video and audio do become unsynced briefly

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
