Daily we do a lot of the same things wondering if any of it is making much of an impact.  It does!  The little things and the big!  Don't lose hope.  You can do amazing things, and your kids will thank you for being there and loving them in your way!

Just a reminder here that you are so amazing!  That life can be difficult and hard, but you are STRONG and GOOD.  I love having friends that are close to me, and that I can dive deep and trust.  Find some of those people, just a few and surround yourself with people that uplift you and want to become like!

My thoughts after super bowl Sunday.  I know it's getting beaten like a dead horse, but take a listen.  I'm not going to blame anyone, but mostly chat about the expectation that women with huge platforms and power create for the rest of us.   Women, we are so much more than symbols!  We are strong, we are creative.  We are warriors!
