Marriages by Design - (MBD) is a total marriage enhancing and rebuilding program. This ministry was created by the Holy Spirit and developed by Todd Carter & Andrea Blackwood Carter, who refer themselves as "Fellow Strugglers." MBD uses solid biblical principles, life experiences and expertise along with Godley wisdom, accountability and spiritual support. We are the tools, but God is the foundation. MARRIAGE is the HOUSE.
