Index Funds Explained (The Simplest Way To Build Wealth)

Sign up for my free Investing Masterclass: https://learn.moneywithcarla.com/invest In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what index funds are, why they outperform most actively managed funds over the long term, and how ordinary people use them to build portfolios worth millions, in less than 30 minutes a year. The secret to successful investing is that there is no secret, just consistent action through passive investing, made possible by index funds. The Investment Product I Avoid And Why

Sign up to my free masterclass: https://learn.moneywithcarla.com/invest Watch my video on asset allocation: https://youtu.be/zJ6TmTZ0lAM There is one type of investment product I would never willingly put my money into. That product is an actively managed fund. Actively managed investment funds seem to be a good choice because they aim to outperform the average of the markets. However, in reality, these funds often charge high fees AND underperform the benchmark, since it's incredibly difficult to do. So at the end of the day, these funds put you very far behind where you could have been, had you just invested in simple, low-cost index funds. New Research, New Rules (New Study Challenges Everything We Know About the Right Portfolio Split)

Sign up for the free investing masterclass: https://learn.moneywithcarla.com/invest Most investors are doing too much and it's costing them. A 2025 study analysed 130 years of data across 39 countries and found that a 100% stock portfolio outperforms the traditional stock-and-bond approach over a lifetime. It also found that investors with zero bonds can reach the same retirement outcomes while saving significantly less each month. In this episode I also share why checking your portfolio less often leads to better returns, and why the best investors are not the most active ones. Is Your Investment Property ACTUALLY Profitable? (How to Realistically Check)

Sign up for the FREE Masterclass: https://learn.moneywithcarla.com/invest I used to think property/real estate investing was the simplest way to get wealthy. You can get leverage from the bank, the asset is tangible, and property looks safe. But with property investments, people disregard the most important things that actually show whether your property investment is profitable. The majority of the time, once you do the proper calculations, you'll see that everything is not as simple and straightforward as you were told. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
