Season 2 is here!

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2591182/fan_mail/new] In this episode, we start with our weekly mood swings, Morgan’s being Off Campus and the sudden obsession that followed, while Mo’s was hosting Her Seasons and bringing so many women together in a beautiful healing space. We chat about what it was like finally taking Her Seasons offline, seeing the beauty of hosting an event and creating a space where women could feel seen, loved and valued. We talk about the nerves behind hosting something heart-led, the vulnerability of putting yourself out there and why real life connection feels so important at the moment. We also talk about Mo navigating her second pregnancy, Morgan starting a new role in a naturopathy clinic and how different phases of life can slowly start colliding together. The past versions of you, the things you’ve outgrown, the things you’re building now and the future you’re trying to move toward. We spend a lot of time reflecting on motherhood too, particularly how becoming a mum seems to unlock something in so many women. How often after having children, women begin creating, starting businesses, changing direction or opening up entirely new parts of themselves that maybe were always there waiting. A general catch up on life lately, identity shifts, meaningful work, motherhood, connection and bringing all the different parts of yourself into whatever comes next. Episode 9 - Nervous System Regulation & Finding Joy in the Present

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2591182/fan_mail/new] In this conversation, we get into the nervous system - what it actually means to be in a sympathetic (fight or flight) state versus a parasympathetic (rest, digest, repair) state and why so many of us are living just a little too wired for too long. We talk about how regulation isn’t about being calm all the time, but about being able to move between states with more ease. Coming back to baseline. Feeling safe enough in your body to actually experience your life, not just push through it. We also explore the role of nature and why something as simple as getting outside, touching the ground or slowing your breath can shift your entire physiology. There’s a reason we feel different after time in the sun, near the ocean or surrounded by trees. We touch on why countries like Finland consistently rank as some of the happiest in the world, even through long, dark winters. It’s not because life is perfect, it’s because of the way they live.  This episode is a reminder that joy isn’t something you force, it’s something that becomes available when your nervous system feels safe enough to receive it. Episode 8 - It Takes an Ecosystem: Community, Passion and Building Small Businesses

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2591182/fan_mail/new] Building a Business Ecosystem: Community, Passion & Small Business Growth What does it actually look like to build a business that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply connected to community? In this episode, we unpack the concept of creating a business ecosystem - one that doesn’t rely solely on individual output, but is supported, strengthened and expanded through genuine relationships, collaboration, and shared values. We explore the shift away from isolated business-building into something more interconnected - where community becomes both the foundation and the growth strategy. This conversation moves through: *  What a “business ecosystem” really means in practice  *  The role of community in building sustainable, long-term success  *  Navigating the tension between passion and practicality  *  How small businesses can support each other rather than compete  *  The importance of alignment, authenticity and staying grounded in your “why”  *  Letting your work evolve while still trusting the process  We also speak honestly about the less polished side - the uncertainty, the pivots, and the reality of building something meaningful from the ground up. This is for anyone: *  Growing a small business  *  Wanting to feel less alone in the process  *  Trying to build something that actually feels good as well as works https://nudo.com.au/ Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2591182/support]

Episode 6 - Burnout in Caring Professions: A Naturopath and Nurse Perspective

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2591182/fan_mail/new] Episode 6 - Burnout and Boundaries In this episode we open up about burnout and the emotional weight that can come with caring professions. Morgan shares more about her path into naturopathy, the reality of the study, how science-heavy the field actually is and how different it can be from the way it’s often perceived. She reflects on the responsibility that comes with supporting people’s health and what it’s like stepping into that role. Mo talks about her experience in nursing and navigating new motherhood, as well as working in theatre where she witnesses parts of the human experience that most people never see. She reflects on how caring for others in that environment can be deeply meaningful, but also emotionally heavy at times. We also touch on how professions like nursing and naturopathy often attract deeply empathetic people, those who feel things strongly, hold space for others and sometimes carry more than they realise. A conversation about burnout in caring professions, the emotional weight that can come with it and how those experiences shape the way we move through the world. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
