On this show, we interview various artists on how music plays a role in their mental health journeys. Music is such a powerful tool, it's a universal language that everyone can understand, and that on its own is a beautiful thing...enough to build a community! We aim to deepen the connections in this community by providing an open, safe and judgement - free space to come as we are, express ourselves and our stories. Let's laugh, cry, feel and heal as a community. Please note that the extent of my knowledge only goes as far as an undergraduate degree in psychology and personal experience. I am not a doctor so cannot promise accuracy in the information that is being delivered. Everything that is said in these episodes comes from my own experience, opinions and undergraduate background in psychology :) Most of these episodes contain heavy content and can be triggering to some audiences, please make sure to take care of yourself while listening, and taking steps back as necessary! Most discussions in these episodes surround mental health struggles and the triggers that cause those struggles. A huge thank you to the editor behind these episodes, Aylin Tamer. To get in contact with us about being on this show, please email us at musicmentalitywithangie@gmail.comInstagram: @musicmentalitywithangieSupport this show http://supporter.acast.com/music-mentality.
