Been away for while ...I was waiting for the perfect words and all, but I'm gradually realising this podcast will be all about learning on the job.

I'm actually trying to just take small steps towards the bigger goal, I'm doing this as it is,I'm done trying to get a perfect take before starting. We will improve on the job.
