Why We Make Bad Choices & How to Change Them

In this episode, Angela [https://www.dancinglight808.com/] and I discuss choices, mostly when it comes to unhealthy habits. By no means have I perfected this, however, it's helpful to talk through it with someone. Angela feels it's more about being rebellious, no one is going to tell her what to do. For myself, it's self-betrayal and ingrained belief systems. To learn more, please read the blog post [http://www.thekatehutchinson.com/choice-how-our-beliefs-hijack-choices/] I wrote about feeling physically crappy yet I kept making bad choices. We discuss giving up sugar, alcohol, emotional eating and more. Grounding & the Global Pandemic

I'm with co-host Angela Lawson [https://www.dancinglight808.com/] today to talk about how important it is to ground, not only during this challenging time but in general. We give our perspective on the many opportunities to grow during this global crisis, the planetary alignments and what we can do to help alleviate some of the anxiety. Angela mentions the increased availability of free online resources. You can find a list on her website [https://www.dancinglight808.com/post/spiritual-tools-for-healing-and-self-care]. episode Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway cover

Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway

Today, I have a co-host. I have asked Angela Lawson [https://noregretspodcast.podbean.com/e/angela-lawson/] back to the No Regrets Podcast with Kate to talk about FEAR. "Fear IS the disease" says, Shaman Isabella Stoloff [https://noregretspodcast.podbean.com/e/trusting-yourself-in-2020-with-shaman-isabella-stoloff/] in her live video recording dated March 13, 2020 [https://www.facebook.com/isabellastoloff]. Recorded on March 9, 2020 with the full moon in Virgo, Angela talks a little about what this full moon means. She says it is in part being a service to others. With the current situation of the Coronavirus and how everyone is talking about being kind to others, this is our opportunity to do so…being kind to one another and be of service. Listen to hear Angela talk through her biggest fear of disappointing others and perfectionism — Her fear, "if I can’t do it perfectly then I don’t want to do it". As a chakradance [http://www.chakradance.com/] facilitator, I asked Angela to briefly go through each chakra for those who may not have knowledge of these energy centers and how we can have blocks that hold us back or keep us in fear. Check out my blog post on limiting beliefs [http://www.thekatehutchinson.com/breaking-free] and how you can break free from them. episode Heart & Liver Transplant Recipient Rachel Sullivan cover

Heart & Liver Transplant Recipient Rachel Sullivan

February is heart month and in this episode, I speak with Rachel Sullivan who recently underwent a heart AND liver transplant. I'm simply in awe of her, not only for her speedy recovery but her attitude. Both Rachel and I have a congenital heart disease. We share our experiences and our belief in miracles, divine intervention  and everything happening for a reason. In honor of heart month, the Adult Congenital Heart Association [https://www.achaheart.org/] has a goal of raising $100,000 in their 2020 Heart Challenge. [https://2020achachallenge.causevox.com/] The Meil Family Foundation will match 50% of every donation of $25 or more that is made to ACHA in February. Donations will be matched up to the first $50,000 raised. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
