Any New Year's Resolutions? It seems we are full of them in this episode and we have a LOT to say about our mental health after reflecting over our infamously long UMass winter break. This episode, we welcome Tina! She is one of the Co-Directors of Professional Events on the WiB executive board. We loved discussing what we did over break, some habits we picked up (and dropped), and what we are looking forward to this semester. Trying to start the year off on the right foot...we'll see how long that lasts. It's always good to reflect. No one is perfect, and we all have room for improvement. It was so great to hear from Tina who is interested in event planning but we think she could be a therapist instead. Tune in to hear more about our crazy breaks!
