Rick Eckstein, PhD is a professor of sociology at Villanova University and the author of How College Athletics are Hurting Girls' Sports: the Pay to Play Pipeline. He is currently the co-producer and research director of an upcoming documentary series Beyond Stigma: Mental Health in Women's College Sports. Toby Brooks, PhD is an educator at Baylor University, author, speaker, podcast host, and lifelong student of human performance, leadership, and resilience. A former athletic trainer and strength coach, Toby has spent more than two decades in higher education helping students, faculty, athletes, and leaders grow through challenge, change, and uncertainty. He is the host of the Becoming UnDone podcast and author of multiple books, including the forthcoming Becoming UnDone. His work focuses on purpose, perseverance, faith, identity, and the process of becoming better through the hard parts of life. Prior to his career in behavioral healthcare, Greene held leadership roles in marketing and sales at the Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, and Revlon. Greene is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council, and a member of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine Board of Visitors.
