Les mer Radiant Grace

Faith-Centered Stories of Finding Joy and Jesus in the Broken Pieces Radiant Grace began as an answer to prayer. After my diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder, a condition that affects my body, memory, and daily life, I was left asking questions I didn’t have answers for. I didn’t start this podcast because I had answers. I started it because I kept finding Jesus in the very pieces I thought disqualified me. I believed the lie that brokenness made me less than.Less capable. Less useful. Less worthy. But Christ met me there. Season One is a five-episode journey through my own story — walking through diagnosis, doubt, identity shifts, and the quiet rebuilding of trust. It is the foundation of Radiant Grace: discovering that broken pieces are not the end of the story. But this podcast was never meant to stay only with me. Radiant Grace now expands to share the stories of others — stories of conversion, endurance, surrender, and unexpected strength. Stories of how difficult seasons reshaped belief and revealed a deeper trust in God. This is a faith-centered storytelling podcast exploring how Christ meets us in illness, grief, loss, transition, and the moments that change us forever. These are stories of overcoming — not because life became easy, but because God became real. Radiant Grace is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about discovering that Jesus is present in it. If you have ever wondered whether your story still matters, whether your faith still holds, or whether joy can return — this space is for you. God is still writing your story. And His grace is radiant, even here — in your broken pieces.

episode When You Find Yourself in Darkness cover

When You Find Yourself in Darkness

What happens when you find yourself in darkness? Again? There are moments in life when darkness feels like something we’ve already faced… something we thought we had already made it through. This episode has been ready for weeks. But it wasn’t the right time—until now. After experiencing another FND episode that began on Easter Sunday, I found myself walking through something familiar. Not as overwhelming as before, but still real. Still present. Still darkness.  This episode is a reflection on what it means to find yourself in darkness—not just once, but over and over again. Whether that darkness comes through illness, grief, exhaustion, depression, or spiritual questioning, it does not mean you’ve failed. We look to the Savior—who wept, who felt sorrow, who asked for relief—and yet remained. And we remember that even prophets have cried out in moments of deep anguish. If you find yourself in a place that feels heavy, familiar, or discouraging—you are not alone. And you are not without light.

episode Still Worthy cover

Still Worthy

In this episode of the Radiant Grace Podcast, Rachel explores the sacred truth that our worth is not tied to independence, productivity, or capacity. In a world that often measures value by what we can accomplish, it is easy to quietly begin believing that our worth rises and falls with our abilities. Drawing from personal experience, including navigating chronic illness and vulnerability, Rachel gently challenges that belief. Through the lens of the gospel of Jesus Christ, she reminds listeners that divine worth is declared by identity, not by performance. Needing help does not diminish dignity. Dependence is not disgrace. Receiving support can become an act of courage and an invitation for others to live their discipleship. This episode offers reassurance to anyone who feels limited, slower than they once were, or unsure of their value in seasons of weakness. Your worth has never been in question with God. It is eternal, unshaken, and rooted in who you are as a child of Heavenly Parents.   You are not valuable because of what you do. You are worthy because of whose you are.

episode The Beginning of Broken Things cover

The Beginning of Broken Things

In this episode of the Radiant Grace Podcast, Rachel shares her personal journey through brokenness and the sacred lessons it has revealed along the way. She reflects on how brokenness often begins quietly, not with collapse, but with fatigue, fear, and questions that seem to linger without answers. Rather than a sign of failure, Rachel reframes brokenness as an invitation from God to slow down, to stop running, and to notice where our stories are quietly changing. Drawing from her experience living with functional neurological disorder, Rachel opens up about the physical and emotional losses she has faced, including changes in mobility, cognition, and identity. Through these ongoing challenges, she shares how God met her not after the struggle, but within it, reshaping her understanding of grace, calling, and purpose. This episode gently explores how weakness can become holy ground, a place where God’s grace enters and transforms pain into testimony. Rachel invites listeners to notice the burdens they are carrying and to remember this truth: brokenness does not disqualify you from God’s love or His purposes. You are seen. You are held. And your story still matters, even here in the broken pieces.

episode When You Don't Feel Qualified cover

When You Don't Feel Qualified

In this opening episode of Radiant Grace, Rachel shares honestly about anxiety, fear, and the exhaustion that comes with chronic illness, including her recent diagnosis of functional neurological disorder (FND). She reflects on what it feels like to show up feeling unqualified, fragile, and unsure — and the quiet calling to begin anyway. This episode is not about having answers or presenting a polished faith story. It’s about learning to trust that God can work through weakness, weariness, and unfinished places. Together, we explore what it means to keep going when healing hasn’t come yet, and to believe that presence — even in the middle of the mess — is enough. If you’ve ever wondered whether your brokenness disqualifies you, this conversation is for you. You are not alone. God is still near, and His grace is radiant — even here in the broken pieces.
