A Reclamation Of Self-Worth & The Challenge Of Truth & Awareness

Self-worth is something innate to our existence, and yet we've been so heavily indoctrinated to believe that we are not good enough. It's therefore a reclamation to step back into our God given birthright of being worthy, deserving of love, acceptance and belonging. A spiritual awakening, a journey of self-discovery where we face the parts of us that have been hiding in shame as prisoners to our programming, can be confronting. Truth can feel challenging. Awareness on its own can cause suffering, until we take the action that 'truth demands.' In this episode I talk about the practice of CHOOSING self-worth again and again. The courage it takes to face our truth. The challenge of awareness. And the gentle, patient, kind humanity it takes to move through all the emotions and feelings that come through growth and evolution. The other side of it all is relief, comfort, HOME. As the frequencies rise and our consciousness elevates, we will begin to notice that lies will not be making the cut. They will be called out in a snap, be it on the world stage or in the personal pockets of your every day lives and relationships. But lies aren't just about false stories, they are also the false beliefs we have about ourselves. The ways in which we lie about how we feel, who we are, who we think we should be, our shame, our insecurities etc. It takes courage face ourselves and the world with a lens of truth, honesty and integrity. But if we all rise into truth, into authenticity and integrity, we will, by way of being, change the world for the better. With the files, the 62 million and what we are observing on the world stage, it's easy to ask the question: What the hell is going on with men? But in this episode, I'm not man bashing, I'm not even looking at the symptom because the behaviour of many men these days is symptomatic of a much deeper problem. In this episode, I'm looking at the core, root problem that is driving the symptoms of a very sick society.
