A Liberating Practice of Embodied Feeling

Sometimes, permission to simply FEEL is the deepest medicine and the deepest healing that is required. Sometimes, we just need to give ourselves permission to feel exactly what we feel and to meet it fully without needing it to go away… Without needing it to lessen one bit Without needing it to change Without needing it to transform into anything other than what it is. No matter how uncomfortable, how inconvenient, or how agitating it may feel No matter how much it may make you want to jump out of your skin or numb out with distraction or just stay busy No matter how much you may wish you weren’t feeling this way in this moment of this hour of this day of your life

The Nectar That Changes Your Reality

It’s ok to keep searching until you run out of moves, run out of energy, or reach the end of your rope and can search no more. Just know that you’re not meant to find what you’re looking for on the other side of that search. The secret that everyone so easily forgets and that I want to remind you is that… It will find you only once you’ve satiated your deepest hunger from within… And, not a moment before. Because, the outer can only reflect the inner. Even though you think you do, you really wouldn’t want it any other way. That is what it means to become a sovereign and self-sourced woman…

THIS is the gift

Who says you’re supposed to be having any other experience than the one you’re having right now? Question that voice. That circumstance you wish were different.  This feeling you wish would go away. This experience you wish you weren’t having. The heartache, the pain, the struggle, the deep yearning, the confusion, the feeling lost like a ship at sea, the defeat, or the despair that just feel like too much to bear at times… The bumping up against the same old patterns and feeling trapped inside a downward spiral you can’t seem to climb out of This aggravation or trigger that just keeps digging its teeth in even deeper. What if, instead of turning away from it, you opened a little more to it and decided, declared, and began affirming that… THIS is the gift.  Right now, this is the gift. It’s simply waiting for you to see it that way.

Alchemizing Shame Into Self-Possession

Once you’re willing to truly see your own beauty and magnificence  And the beauty and magnificence of your own path and your own life It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing. It doesn’t matter what anyone else’s life looks like. It no longer matters what anyone else thinks of you or yours. This is exactly why I, personally, believe that a certain amount of self-possession in its purest form is a not only a really good thing to have… But a superpower very worth cultivating  Especially for those who have a tendency to compare, to feel less than, to give away their power and significance to others’ perceptions of them (which, I will admit, has definitely been something I’ve walked with for much of my journey).
