Firs, to clarify, Marianne Williamson is not part of this podcast (yet). The reason her name is in the title is because during the launch weekend of GROUND & BE FREE my book was on par with Marianne's new release The Mystic Jesus: The Mind of Love (at one point we were #1, and #2 in New Release in Spirituality). A moment of awe, and star-struck gratitude for me. A Weekend of Joy! (00:26) I am coming out of an incredibly potent weekend of launching and milestones for my own personal life and business life. I am honored and really elated to be here with you, and also tired because the energetic and intentional output that just went into birthing what I have put out into the world was immense. Today I talk to you a little bit about the experience of launching a book, some incredible aha moments I've had, and then take you on a journey of experiencing grounding. Becoming a #1 Bestseller (06:10) I was winding down for the day last Sunday and I went to see how the statistics are going and I was floored when I saw book Ground & Be Free being number one bestseller in energy healing. It's just astounding! It has been such a potent and miraculous journey for me as a self-published author, it only happened with the blessings and the direction of Spirit. There's just no other way this would have come out the way it did from the moment I started writing it, from the energy that I had to produce it, and what has transpired this weekend during the launch. The energy, the need for the information, the vibrational frequencies, the grounding frequencies that are part of the book is what is needed by the world, by you. Thank you. Your Turn to Ground (19:22) Now it is your turn to ground. Now it is your turn to enjoy more of your sovereignty. And I'm really honored that you're here with me. 004: New Book Launch, Birthday, 11th Anniversary and Coming Out of a Spiritual Closet

Hey there, welcome to my little corner of the universe, where we delve deep into the realms of beauty, pleasure, and joy in the body. I'm absolutely thrilled to have you join me on this sacred journey from skin to spirit. So, pull up a chair, grab your favorite cup of tea, and let's dive in together. Mahalo's Birthday Celebration: Grounded and Free (00:24) Ah, Mahalo. It's that time of year again, and we're celebrating big. It's not just any birthday—it's Mahalo's birthday, a time to ground ourselves, to be free, and to indulge in a little celebration. Picture this: a cozy room, the gentle patter of rain outside, and me, savoring a delicious chocolate cake. Oh, and did I mention it's my birthday too? Yep, I'm welcoming my 40s with open arms. Following My Innate Knowing (07:37) I've always had this innate knowing, a sense of direction that often shows up out of nowhere. Whether it's quitting a corporate job without a clear plan or embarking on spontaneous adventures like walking the Camino de Santiago, these moments have shaped my path in ways I never could have imagined. Birthing Ground and Be Free (12:23) Ah, Ground and Be Free. It's more than just a book—it's a labor of love, a culmination of years of sensing, feeling, and finally, creating. The process wasn't always easy, but when the inspiration struck, it struck hard. And now, as I hold the finished product in my hands, I can't help but marvel at the journey that led me here. Mahalo Skin Care: A Labor of Love (16:04) Mahalo Skin Care wasn't just a business venture—it was a calling. From the moment the name landed in my mind on that fateful day in Oahu, I knew this was something special. And so, armed with determination and a credit card, I set out to create a brand rooted in authenticity and artisan craftsmanship. Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet (27:50) It's taken me years to fully embrace my gifts as a clairvoyant. From childhood memories of being called "weird" to finally stepping into my power, it's been a journey of healing and self-discovery. But now, as I proudly share my abilities with the world, I feel more grounded and authentic than ever before. Embracing Authenticity (32:30) As I enter my fourth decade, I can't help but feel a sense of solidity, a deep knowing of who I am and what my purpose is. It's been a journey of ups and downs, of facing fears and embracing authenticity. But through it all, I've remained true to myself, and for that, I am eternally grateful. 002: What is Spirit, Vibrational Frequencies, and Heart vs. Spirit Connection

I'm thrilled you're here to join me on a Sacred journey with me. Today we continue deeper into the mystical, and the mysterious by diving into philosophical concepts of what is the Spirit. What do we mean by it? How does one feel spirit? From there, how does something become spiritual? Is heart connected to Spirit? What about these high frequencies and elevating your vibration that so many talk about now? Can mundane experiences become transcendent with spirit? For the purpose of this podcast, and Spirit being the core of the trinity, I feel it is important to share my meaning. My journey to understanding what I mean by Spirit, or when say I am connected, or guided by Spirit. What is Spirit? (00:33) So, what is Spirit? Is it the soul, the divine universe, or something else entirely? Spirit is entirely nonphysical, in its quality it is pure awareness, it is the energy that animates the body, and all living things. Spirit is the Experiencer, and the Witness, the Etheric. It is the highest frequency vibration itself. Spirit is the Universal Wisdom Consciousness within which each soul, and individual contentiousness reside. It is the underlying essence of life itself, it is never born and it never dies, it simply changes forms. It's timeless, formless, and ever-changing. Spiritual Elevation and Vibrational Frequencies (06:11) When we elevate our experiences to a spiritual level, we transcend our human sensory limitations. We tap into a higher frequency of pure awareness. Dr. David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness offers a tangible way to understand these vibrational frequencies. From the lowest frequency of shame to the highest frequency of pure consciousness at 1000, we can gauge where we are and where we aspire to be. The Role of Anger and Emotions (11:06) Let's talk about anger for a moment. Anger can be a powerful emotion that propels us upward, from lower frequencies like grief and fear to higher frequencies like courage and love. So, don't suppress your anger; embrace it as a tool for growth and transformation. Heart vs. Spirit (14:28) Now, let's distinguish between connecting to our heart and connecting to our Spirit. While the heart is our path to affinity and alignment with what's right for us, Spirit is the universal wisdom that encompasses all of our experiences and journeys. When we connect to Spirit, we connect to our higher selves and the ultimate truth. Practical Ways to Connect to Spirit (19:28) Ready to deepen your connection to Spirit? Nature is your gateway. “Nature is not a place to visit. It is home”. Mother Earth is the physical manifestation of Spirit. Spend mindful moments connecting to the earth—stand barefoot on grass, feel the earth's energy pulsating through you. You can also connect through skincare rituals, treating your body as a temple and inviting pure awareness into your self-care routine. In my Ayurvedic training, I learned that the skin serves as a diagnostic tool, reflecting the body's harmony or imbalance. It's like the check engine light for our health. Skin issues are often signals of deeper underlying issues, offering opportunities for holistic self-care and connection. It's a reminder to listen to our bodies and nurture them with love and care. With my skincare range, I've always been passionate about plants and their healing properties. There's something magical about connecting the vibrational frequencies of plants to our skin's language. It reminds me of my childhood, sitting in my grandmother's backyard, catching cherry blossoms in the wind. Those memories shaped my unique perspective on the relationship between skin and plants, and I believe they hold the key to unlocking our skin's true potential.
