The First Step

Although others may say it is an action, I believe the first step is a decision.  I believe the first step is making a decision to succeed, no matter what we have to go through to get there.   So what should one do after the get saved?  What is the first step to take after salvation?  I believe the first step isn't reading the Bible or talking to others, I believe the first step is making a decision to do whatever we need to do to follow God.

Don't Tap Out When God Is Beside You

In those cases we are often told to "have confidence in yourself".  People say that as a way of motivating others.  But perhaps what we should be saying is "Have confidence in God". When God is beside us, we cannot fail.
