What determines which hands you use in sports? In this episode Anthony interviews Dr. Simon Grondin, a Professor at the School of Psychology at Laval University in Québec, Canada about what determines how you use your hands in sports. Anthony and Dr. Grondin specifically use the case of hockey and how players hold a hockey stick to discuss why we chose to use certain hands for certain sports activities and the potential implications.
