On this episode of Staying In Tune,  we had the pleasure of being joined by Jonathan Andrews. In this episode we have a discussion about who we are as individuals and our personality traits. We took the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test that will give you detailed results about who you are. It is a self- report questionnaire thats results in discovering our psychological preferences in how we perceive the world. We discuss our strengths and weaknesses in life and how that leads to our behaviors. This episode kicks off our hosts Episode series on the way, where you get a deeper dive into who we are.  It was very exciting to be able to SIT and talk to a close friend of ours and discuss who we are as individuals. Episode 007: Chopping It Up With Ced

On this episode of Staying In Tune,  we had the pleasure of being joined by former Army Football Captain, Cedrick Cunningham. In this episode we talk about Ced's childhood and experiences that led him to the person he is today. Furthermore, we talk about his career at West Point and transition into his life after graduation. He is currently pursuing his professional athletic career and shares insight on the lifestyle that comes with that and what drives him to continue chasing his dreams. On this episode of Staying In Tune, we had the pleasure of being joined by our first female guest, Jasmine Bernard. Jasmine is currently in acting school as well as maintaining a career as a licensed therapist through BetterHelp. On the first half of the episode we discuss Jasmine's acting career and how it came to be. For the latter half of the episode we jump into our feelings and get vulnerable.
