Questions asked included the following:What is the biggest hurdle that you have dealt with in planting a church? How did you overcome it?How do I balance my work life, prayer life, family life, church life, and study time while planting a church?I’m curious about measuring success in the church. Recently I’ve been reading the book on realign by Eugene Wilson. In his book he speaks of two methods the first method is the lake method, in the lake method everything is about the size of the lake or the size of the congregation. The second method is the river method which is focus more towards individuals in the Affect the service or the program or the Bible study had on a specific individual or group of individuals. To get to the question, what is the balance between reaching for a crowd, and reaching for individuals?How do you personally handle the fluctuation of attendance from week to week without it affecting your outlook on the weekend services?Concerning outreach. Where should I invest finances?how do you prevent burnout\?What significant change did you try that worked and what change didn’t work?What do you recommend for teen PKs when you don't have a youth pastor and your kids are too introverted to be willing come to camp etc.Knowing that having a multigenerational congregation is a vital element to revival and the church body. How does a church planter establish a welcoming environment to all generations coming in to the church? Spiritual and Practical qtactics for the youth and older generations.
