Les mer The Angry Black Woman

With the recent hunt and slaughter of unarmed black jogger, Ahmaud Arbery, followed by the public execution of George Floyd, America's black communities are raw and rightfully unhinged. With a "president" that calls for violence only when it involves POC, how do we navigate it all? Protect our mental health? Unite POC communities? How do we go from public lynchings of African Americans to tangible steps toward progress? Protest and Dialogue. This podcast is meant to be a space to facilitate that dialogue. Qualifications? I'm black, I'm a woman and I'm still learning. That is all. LET'S GO.

Dr. Daniel Hale Williams- ABW's BIPOC Common Core Curriculum

We have a new series!  I thought this might be a good way to get our gears turning as we contemplate how we'd like to see our school curriculums change to reflect the histories of BIPOC communities. These are folks I never had the pleasure of hearing about and it was a joy researching and learning about this week's BIPOC Highlight, Dr. Daniel Hale Williams. As we read and learn about these Greats, feel free to share your thoughts on our Instagram page @THEANGRYBLACKWOMANPODCAST and share with friends and family so we can grow the community! Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
