Les mer The Baddie Rewrite Podcast

Baddie Rewrite is the podcast where grown, confident, emotionally intelligent women tell the truth — the whole truth — about power, purpose, pressure, and becoming her in a world that keeps asking women to shrink. Hosted by Amber and Jacqueline, two unapologetic leaders navigating owning a law firm, entrepreneurship, motherhood, marriage, and identity, this show blends the no-excuses coaching of Mel Robbins, the vulnerability and courage work of Brené Brown, and the bold, unfiltered energy of Call Her Daddy. It’s smart. It’s raw. It’s funny. It’s provocative. It’s grown-woman talk with receipts. Every episode dives deep into the parts of womanhood that don’t get posted on Instagram... the confidence, the backlash, the boundaries, the ambition, the emotional resilience, and the audacity it takes to not just survive… but lead.

episode The Truth About Stalking Nobody Talks About cover

The Truth About Stalking Nobody Talks About

Stalking isn’t always dramatic. It doesn’t always start with fear. And it’s rarely talked about honestly until it’s too late. In this episode of Baddie Rewrite, Jacqueline Hernandez and Amber have a raw, necessary conversation about the kind of stalking most women are taught to minimize, excuse, or normalize. The kind that hides behind persistence, “romance,” entitlement, and silence. The kind that lives in DMs, parking lots, court filings, workplaces, and relationships long before anyone calls it what it is. This isn’t fear-bait. This is grown-woman truth. As a bestselling author and ecosystem architect and a powerhouse trial attorney and advocate, Jacqueline and Amber break down what stalking really looks like, why women are conditioned to downplay it, how power and control show up quietly, and where the legal system and social expectations often fail women in real life. Baddie Rewrite is the grown-woman evolution of unfiltered podcasts bold, strategic, cinematic, and emotionally honest. Inspired by the unapologetic energy of unfiltered culture and elevated by lived experience, this show explores what happens when confidence, chaos, leadership, motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, and identity collide. Each episode blends raw conversation with cinematic storytelling and reality-style moments the behind-the-scenes chaos, the truths you don’t say out loud, and the lessons powerful women learn the hard way. If you’re navigating leadership, entrepreneurship, motherhood, marriage, or a full-blown identity rewrite this is your place. If you’re tired of being called “too much,” “too confident,” “too ambitious,” or “too emotional” this is your tribe. If you’re becoming the woman your younger self needed this is your home. Welcome to Baddie Rewrite where grown women rewrite the rules in real time, and where every truth becomes part of the movement. Bossy, Aggressive, or Just Confident? The Labels Women Pay For Power

What happens when a woman refuses to tone it down? In this episode, Amber and Jacqueline dive deep into confidence — where it comes from, why it threatens people, and how women are often punished for showing it. From the influence of powerful grandmothers, to being labeled “bossy,” “aggressive,” or “too much,” this conversation unpacks how confidence is built through failure, discipline, and resilience — not luck. They talk about: 1. Why confidence is often mistaken for arrogance 2. How doors closing can be a hidden promotion 3. Staying soft and strong in male-dominated spaces 4. The real difference between confidence, aggression, and insecurity 5. Why discipline and failure are the secret ingredients to self-belief This isn’t about being loud. It’s about being unapologetically yourself — and letting the right doors open. 🎙️ If you’ve ever been told to shrink, hush, or “tone it down,” this episode is for you.

Hired for my looks? The Dark Side of Being Pretty in Business

Is beauty a weapon, a warning, or an unfair advantage? In this episode of Baddie Rewrite, Jacqueline and Amber dive deep into the controversial topic: Does Pretty Pay? We open up about our own "blueprints" and how our looks have both helped and hurt our careers. From Jacqueline getting hired because she was "easy on the eyes" to Amber being told she "sounded smart" for a pretty lawyer, we are unpacking the reality of lookism in business. We also discuss the "Pretty Tax"—why some men refuse to mentor attractive women, the pressure to get plastic surgery (or breast reductions) to be taken seriously, and the bizarre comments Amber gets about being a "young-looking grandma." In this episode, we cover: 💎 The "Easy on the Eyes" Hire: When you get the job for your looks, not your brain. ⚖️ The Courtroom Advantage: Amber’s story about the "white suit" and the jury. 🚫 The Mentor Gap: Why attractive women struggle to find male mentors. 👵 Aging & Expectations: Kris Jenner’s makeover and "Grandma Shaming." 📱 Social Media Toxicity: How "The Exposer" accounts and filters are harming teen mental health. 💉 Plastic Surgery: To BBL or not to BBL? Quote of the episode: "I think society does treat people that are good looking a different way... It can get you into the room, but you better be able to deliver." 🗣️ Baddies, we want to hear from you! Have you ever felt that being pretty was a disadvantage?
