Amber and Emily chat about some of the inspiring stories of female athletes, from weightlifters to cyclists, to track and field athletes... these athletes have shattered stereotypes and paved the way for a more inclusive and accepting sporting culture. Our recent Bella Femme Picnic fundraiser brought people together, offering support, laughter, and a much-needed escape from everyday stresses. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to take care of ourselves. That’s why events like this are so important. They remind us to prioritize our mental health, connect with others, and find joy in the simple things. BUT There's no denying we're experiencing a little burnout.
