You may experience anxiety, depression, burnout, or other mental health problems, which can impact your ability to function in everyday life. 3. You may not be able to spend quality time with them or fulfill your commitments to them, which can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts. 4. Career: If you're unable to achieve a work-life balance, it can negatively impact your career.
