I'm so excited about relaunching "The Chrysalis Zone" on Anchor!  I'm Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle and I wanted to let you know that "The Zone" will officially launch on November 3, 2019, at 7:00 pm.  That's the day we officially fall back and lose an hour.  If you're in the zone that night, you hear about my challenge for you to FALL FORWARD 2020!  See you then!
