In this episode, I quickly explain why we changed the name of the podcast, then I tackle the painful topic of the unavailability of most customer centers/admin centers/contact centers/customer service departments. I took another approach by asking our detractors if they have ever wondered about the real reasons why is it so difficult for them to reach us. Based on my experience in customer service, I have identified 6 main reasons why and I broke them down into a series of three episodes.  This is part 2(episode 5). Dans cet épisode, je lance un appel à l'aide en direction des manager, directeurs, chef d'entreprise doté d'un SAV, service client, call center, centre administratif etc, Les agents travaillant dans ses services vont très mal et plusieurs signes l'indiquent mais sont actuellement ignorés. Le rôle d'agent de support clients est trop important pour les entreprises pour continuer dans cette "politique de l'autruche". Et bien que très difficile , il pourrait être plus gratifiant si davantage de personnes étaient conscientes des problèmes auxquels nous sommes confrontés et travaillent ensemble pour améliorer les conditions de travail des agents de support (centres d'appels, centres de contact, centres de clientèle, assistance à la clientèle, centres de service à la clientèle, centres administratifs, etc.) Il est donc temps de faire entendre notre voix !
