Life is messy, so a dash of chaos is enough to set you over the edge. You're not alone. There's a lot of things in life to experience, and I'm fairly certain I've had my share. I'm a single mom who works full-time, raising two boys, one on the spectrum, and in between all that I managed to find myself on the PTSA board, starting a nonprofit, and doing piles of laundry. Prior to this madness I had to deal with fighting Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I'm currently working on weight loss, meditation, mindfulness and practicing gratitude. Anything to get me through the daily chaos.
