Actions over words....is powerful!!

What would happen if we just allowed everyone to be exactly who they were and just observed their behaviors, including ourselves especially.  We would learn so much about how truly everyone is in the way we all show up in our lives.  Asking ourselves where we can show up without judgement of ourselves and others  can be a great tool to understanding where we or someone else is coming from.   Does our head and our heart align?  How does one truly decipher between the two?  The gut plays a huge role too.  Paying attention to energies allows for more understanding with what our own truth is regardless of words.   Bottom line, actions can speak volumes. Being notice and acknowledged

When did we decide that being noticed and acknowledged by others was more important than how we feel in our own bodies?  Are we healthy?  Are we happy?  Do we have love in our lives?  How are we making our lives richer by helping others?  Today we dive into these questions and how deep they run in our daily thoughts and patterns.  How is our energies and insecurities affecting how we feel about ourselves and the world around us?  Finding the strength to be proud and grateful for who we are exactly who we are and for what we have is the beginning of changing our view on our outside world. Self Critical...What is this craziness?

What prompts us to criticize ourselves?  Is it a weird self protection against rejection?  Do we all at some point have a criticizing voice inside of us?  Does it all come down to expectation and comparison?   These are questions we are asking.  It is a wonder that even though we have self awareness and self love, we can still be self critical.  It seems crazy that we seem to be hardest on ourselves.  What is that all about?  It's almost as if we need to see ourselves through the eyes of others.  What are your thoughts?   Thank you so much for joining us. Social Media

Social Media isn't going anywhere, so how do we navigate our world so that we live with healthy boundaries whilst living in a world surrounded by social media?  How does it really have an impact on our lives?  Does it dictate our own personal views and how we even look at ourselves?  How we compare our lives to those on social media? Enough is enough already

Injustices and suffering...The insensitivities of the world.  It's exhausting in our world right now.  No-one seems to be happy, they just want to be right.  It seems unless you think act and feel the way others expect you to then, you are the enemy.  When did everyone start shying away from being uncomfortable?  Where we always like this?  We aren't robots!  It's as if we forget that we are all different in our own unique ways.  I know it sounds cliche' to say, let's just love one another and respect our differences, so why is it we are determined to always be at odds with one another over our differences?  We sure don't have the answers, we are going there though...thoughts?
