London 7th May 2026… The Feel Good Hour, has launched with a bold, stripped-back format - recorded live in one take with no edits - tackling real-life problems with practical tools that work, starting with a challenge to one of the biggest myths around happiness.
Hosted by Nigel Jones, best-selling author, life coach and hypnotherapist, alongside broadcaster and well-being advocate Sam Griffin, the show builds on its origins as a radiosegment and steps into a full podcast format.
No edits. No second takes. What you hear is exactly what happened.
The concept is simple: real-life problems, straight answers, tools that work.
Each episode takes a specific challenge - from anxiety and sleep to habits and mindset - and breaks it down into what’s actually going on and, more importantly, what people can do about it in real life.
