Happy 2023 :) This first episode of the new year is one that I have been super excited for because I have interviewed Suhani Bedi, who not only is a woman in sport, but also a woman in the very niche sport of Ultimate Frisbee, and one that brilliantly manages a professional career alongside her international sporting career. I was so inspired by her journey, determination and dedication towards not only the sports she pursued but also her academics and work.
